Local performers To support the children of ZimbabweMission Zimbabwe Outreach is holding its first community event on Saturday, October 5th at Pathway Church on 10th St in Hanover. Local performers are donating their talents to provide an evening of entertaining music. This year’s program is a variety show that starts with the Marlin family from Meaford. They are a family of 7 singers/musicians who love making music and performing together. The concert will also feature Surrendered, a men's acapella group who enjoy singing songs to the Lord. A five member ensemble will be singing songs from stage and screen that everyone will know. In addition Levi Wahtke from up Desboro way will entertain us with classic and new country tunes.
Whether you enjoy country, gospel, contemporary or toe tapping tunes, there is something for every taste at this musical variety show. Come out and support these local entertainers as they support the children at the Village of Hope and Vimbainesu Children’s Home. All proceeds will go to provide financial support for Vimbainesu Children’s Home and the Village of Hope in Zimbabwe.
Tickets for the event are only $20.00 and can be purchased by contacting Audrey at 226-668-2507 or by e-transfer at [email protected] or in Hanover at Holst Office Supplies or Ashanti Coffee. Tickets can also be purchased at Rexall Drug store in Chesley. Mission Zimbabwe Outreach is committed to continuing to financially support the Village of Hope and Vimbainesu Children’s Home.
