Driven by her mission to “change the world one authentic relationship at a time,” Rachel is an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, and a #1 International Bestselling author of the anthology: Lead, Lift, and Leave a Legacy.

As the founder of Team of Seven Consulting, LLC, she transforms projects, events, and educational programming with her strategic insights. She has earned an Interdisciplinary Degree in Business-Marketing, French, and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a foreign language certificate from the University de Grenoble, France, an Executive MBA from Washington University-Saint Louis, and a certification in the Social Cognitive Career Theory from the National Science Foundation. Spurred by her diverse academic foundation, Rachel is passionate about empowering individuals in career mentoring through her experience as a former tech recruiter and MU and WASHU admissions recruiter.

Her dedication to service is evident through her dedication to the community, receiving the “Woman of the Year 2024” for Make-A-Wish Missouri-Kansas. She was awarded the Shield of Sparta, Volunteer of Excellence Award, Volunteer of the Year, and the Dr. Mary E. Walker Award – conferred to military spouses for demonstrating dedicated and exemplary volunteerism improving the quality of life for Army soldiers and their families.

Rachel serves on various boards in the STL Region: Folds of Honor Ambassador and Speaker, John Burroughs School Parents Council, Make-A-Wish MO and KS, Medallion Adventure Club Executive Board, SIUE Executive CMIS Advisory Board, Washington University’s Women’s Society (member) and Women Empowering Women (member). Rachel is also a co-author in Intention: Deconstructing GRIT series, an International Bestseller.

In honor of National Mentoring Month, join us for “Recognize the Stars in Your Constellations.” This empowering session explores the essential mission of mentoring and why these meaningful relationships are crucial for navigating our paths to success.
