The Navy Mission Nutrition is a standardized, science-based nutrition course focused on improving Sailors’ nutritional knowledge and awareness. Sailors learn a variety of everyday nutrition topics, ways to improve their eating habits, and overall health. Topics include grocery shopping, weight control and balance, fueling for performance, the effects of emotional eating and other relevant content.
This course is for ANYONE more interested in nutrition, those enrolled in FEP and CFL/ACFLs.
