1. Contestants must be 21+ and identify as female. The first 20 contestants to register and pay the non-refundable $25 entrance fee are in the contest.
2. Attire for the contest: This will be a traditional style pinup contest. Any style is welcome! Examples are rockabilly, pinup, vintage, greaser, 1940's, 1950's or 1960's attire, classic glamour, pinup inspired dresses, circle and pencil skirts, wiggle dresses, blouses, and capris. Please refrain from short shorts, exposed belly buttons, excessive cleavage, nudity, flashing, pasties, lingerie, bikinis, thongs, or Halloween style costumes. If your outfit does not meet these expectations, you will be asked to modify or change your clothes. If you cannot do so in a timely manner and be present when the contest starts, you may be disqualified.
3. This is a family friendly event, and you are expected to have appropriate behavior at the event. No excessive drinking that results in being drunk will be permitted. Any contestant found to be extremely intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave without a refund. No bullying of any kind will be tolerated. Anyone found to be harassing other participants or family members will be automatically disqualified from the contest.
4. Event schedule:
- Saturday, December 7th 2024 at Friendship Hall in Montrose- Check in by 10:00am, late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the contest. A group photo will be taken at 10:45am.
- Contest starts at 11:00am. The first round will be all 20 contestants. You will give a short introduction about yourself and answer your question. As you exit the stage, contestants will pose once with a car provided by the Black Canyon Classic Car Club. No touching of the car will be allowed.
- You are welcome to join us in riding with the Black Canyon Car Club at the Montrose Parade of Lights that evening at sunset.Judging Criteria:
Judges will choose the top 10 contestants to move on to the final round. A random question will be asked of the contestants. A crown, sash, and prize basket will be awarded to first, second, third place, and Miss Congeniality.
Contestants will be judged in the following categories.
- Makeup/Hair/Wardrobe- Introduction- Question- Personal Presentation- Car Pose
Voting will be private.
By entering the 2024 Miss Winter Wonderland Pinup Contest you automatically agree that your images or pictures can be used or featured in future advertisement, post promotions, and future event promotion.
