10-12 years, Long Pageant Gown, Jr. Teen Miss Spring Royalty
13-15 Years, Long Pageant Gown, Young Teen Miss Spring Royalty
16-19 years, Long Pageant Gown, Teen Miss Spring Royalty
20 + Long Pageant Gown, Ms. Spring Royalty
**Please note for the young ladies competing - that if less than two are in group divisions they could be combined. Also, if we have several in the 0-2 group we may break that up into two groups.
AREAS OF COMPETITION, ATTIRE AND AWARDS
BEAUTY $85- Ages 0-9 Pageant Gown or Sunday Dress Can be long or short. Ages 10 & up long gown. Judges will be told to judge on ease on stage, personality & overall beauty. Please only age-appropriate makeup & attire. Contestant’s birth to 4yrs should be accompanied by an adult while on stage. Beauty Winners in each group will receive a beautiful crown, & custom sash. ALL runners up and contestants will receive a prize and be recognized on stage!! Nobody will go home empty handed!!
BEST HAIR, SMILE, EYES, PERSONALITY, AND DRESS – All included in the Beauty package. Winners will be recognized on stage with a sash!
SPRING FUN FASHION / RUNWAY WEAR $15 - Optional Category – Any cute Spring or Fun Fashion / Runway attire!! This category is like casual wear or fun fashion! Anything goes! Be creative and have fun with it! Winner will receive a special award!!!
INTERVIEW $15 – Optional Category – Business or Sunday Dress attire. Interviews will last approximately 2-3 minutes. Interview times will be given the day after the final deadline. But they will be held before the pageant between 11:30am and 1pm. This depends on the number of girls entering. For anyone wanting to enter in Interview only it will cost $30. Winner(s) will receive a trophy or plaque on stage. We will recognize a winner in each age group as well as an overall Interview for those entered in overall.
PHOTOGENIC $10 each photogenic category ($10 black and white and $10 color) $10 for Overall photogenic– Optional Category. All phases of photogenic will receive a special award and/or sash. All photos should be emailed to [email protected] by deadline!
PET SUPPLIES
Each contestant will be required to bring with them at least one pet supply from the pet supply wish list to be donated to Upstate pet adoption locations. Receipts and dollar amount spent for items will count as the number of items donated if a receipt is turned in with your items. For example if you buy a $50 gift card and a $20 item and your receipt total is $70 then that will count as 70 items donated! Please request the pet supply wish list for more details on what items will count. The one contestant who brings with them the most items will be crowned as our Overall Spring Royalty Heart of Service Queen!! She will receive a HUGE crown and custom sash!
SPRING ROYALTY SWEETHEART AWARD
This award will be given to the contestant who collects the most signatures. The one level 3 or higher contestant who collects the most signatures ($1 each) or sponsors ($50 each) will be presented with the distinguished and prestigious title Overall Spring Royalty Sweetheart Queen!!! This winner will receive a magnificent HUGE rhinestone crown, 5 foot trophy, Cash price and/or gift bag, and a custom wrap around sash with rhinestone crown pin!!!! All contestants competing in this event are guaranteed winners of wonderful award prizes!!
Level 1 - $50 to $100 - Will receive a Lovely Tiara!!!
Level 2 - $101–$200 - Will receive a Beautiful small crown, and small level 2 trophy!!!
Level 3 - $201 - $300 – Will receive a Dazzling medium crown, and medium level 3 trophy!!
Level4 - $301 - $400 – Will receive a Brilliant large crown and a large level 4 trophy!!
*Sponsors who donate $50 can have their business name printed in the program book as a contestant sponsor
All Signatures/Sponsors and monies for the community Support Award Must be in hand by deadline April 12th!! This must be turned in in-person only.
OTHER
If we have at least 40 contestants we will award two overall winners. One Mini Grand Supreme Overall Queen and one Grand Supreme Overall Queen each winning a huge beautiful crown and custom sash!!. This will be the contestant from each group with the highest score in beauty, casual wear and photogenic.
RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Score sheets will not be given out. You may request your comments via email ONLY after the pageant and they will be emailed to you within a week! Judges will be judging on stage personality, smile posture, poise. Hair, make-up and dress should be age appropriate. Dress should fit well and compliment the contestant. If you have questions about a dress and not sure please email or text director for advice. Beginners are welcome; no previous pageant experience is needed. All ages welcome!! You do not have to be a resident of SC in order to participate! Every contestant will be recognized on stage and NOBODY will go home empty handed!! In order to be eligible for the Overall awards you must enter beauty, Spring wear and photogenic categories. Deadline for entries is April 12th!!!
Application, sweetheart pages and fees must be in hand by April 12th.
We prefer for sweetheart pages and money to be turned in, in person.
We are able to meet anyone with fees and or donations if you would prefer to turn this in person.
