This year’s Miss RVA Pinup competition is taking it west with a cowgirl twist, celebrating the Richmond Tattoo & Arts Convention’s iconic owl mascot. Think fringe, high-waisted denim, bold boots, and retro rodeo glam – whether you’re full-on western or just adding a little sass to your classic pinup look, bring your biggest personality and get the crowd hollering!
