Following their sold-out Halloween show last year, Miss Disco return to The Institute for another of their infamous ‘Halloween Thrillers’ on Friday 31stOctober!
As darkness falls across Braintree, Miss Disco will be appropriately dressed as grisly ghouls to perform a life-affirming celebration of disco’s greatest hits from the ‘70s and ‘80s, alongside disco-inspired club classics from the ‘90s, ‘00s and a suitably squeamish smattering of spooky singalongs to invoke the funk of forty thousand years!
Fronted by the truly extraordinary disco diva Susan Pinky, no mere mortal can resist the devilishly spellbinding grooves of Miss Disco, whose debut single ‘One Step (After Another)’ reached #15 in the UK Soul Chart Top 30 at the end of last year following a front cover feature in Blues & Soul Magazine and airplay on BBC 6 Music and BBC Radio 2.
So if you dare to enter the dance floor this Halloween, be sure to dress to impress – or at the very least bring your crucifixes, silver bullets, holy water and dancing shoes. You’re going to need them!
