This fall, Miss Christine embarks on The Bittersweet Tour in support of our second album, “Bittersweet,” created with support from the Iowa Arts Council, a division of the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment for the Arts. In the face of rapidly evaporating funding for these programs and a nationwide trend toward the criminalization of queerness, we decided a tour was one of the most essential and radical things we could do to push back—to be unapologetically yourself is an act of resistance and the heart of our performances is to empower our audiences toward unconditional love and acceptance.
