Join us for a hands on MISO MAKING FERMENTATION MASTERCLASS plus UMAMI supper & drinks - we will make miso together with a jar for you to take home with you. Our previous 6 classes have all sold out!
During this masterclass, we will introduce you to the magic of koji, teaching you all about the power of enzymes, moulds, textures and tastes.
This will be our 7th Miso Masterclass and Supper hosted by myself, Jules, Owner of The Plucky Pickle and Robin Sheriff from The Koji Kitchen, one of the few koji makers in the UK lovingly making small batches and teaching people about the world of koji and miso.
We will also enjoy an UMAMI supper together:

Tsukemono (Japanese pickles) served with rice

Tickets £60 per person, including a drink from Cloudwater, all equipment and ingredients supplied for miso making together, plus umami supper.
