Miso Dama and Gong Fu Cha Workshop

Are you curious about Japanese Miso? Do you want to make Miso Dama (miso ball) by yourself? What do you think of the mixed flavors of miso and authentic tea? If you are interested, do not miss this special workshop for Miso Dama and Gong Fu Cha.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn about Koji and Miso, taste Miso and make Miso Dama twice by yourself, guided by chef Hiroshi from Japan. After that, you will taste Jasmine tea, learn the plant, type, history, and culture of tea, get the know-how of Gong Fu Cha, and brew your own white tea. Meanwhile, the Inari Sushi will also be served in Japanese proper eating manners.

This workshop is co-hosted by Loongese and Sora Food Service. As a creative boutique, Loongese focuses on authentic tea, exotic art wares, and diverse paintings, and is dedicated to art and cultural activities. Sora Food Service offers Koji/Miso related products, catering services, and a pop-up restaurant. It operates in Montreal and Amakusa (in Japan) by season.

Ensuite, vous goûterez le thé Jasmin, apprendrez la plante, le type, l'histoire et la culture du thé, obtiendrez le savoir-faire du Gong Fu Cha et infuserez votre propre thé blanc.
