MISERY BACON is the solo sound project of artist, print-maker and musician Luke Drozd (lukedrozd.com). Started when Luke moved to Bergen to start a new life and began to explore new ways of working with audio as a solo artist: walks into the mountains to record noises equally familiar and foreign, edited together with found audio and live instrumentation. These works attempted to explore the anxieties of transition, memories of life left behind and imagine a new life yet to build. MISERY BACON is an ongoing solo audio project expanding on Luke's writing, performance and sculpture practice that evolved through different collective projects including "spoken-weird" duo Reet Maff'l with musician Andy Abbott and co-founding of the small-press cassette label Bloxham Tapes, of which Sensory Leakage is an outlier.

Andy Abbott is an artist, musician and writer who lives in West Yorkshire.
His recent output as ‘Andrew DR Abbott’ centres on instrumental compositions for 8-string baritone acoustic guitar. He was also a member of clank rock heroes That Fucking Tank who have now morphed into Lands and Body. 'ADRA' is the name under which he releases improvised or more experimental work, it's most recent release Music for Psychiatric Wards and Fluid Structures in which he uses steel pan, mbira, baritone guitar and the self-constructed 'ambient music board' to make ambo-concrete resembling 70s/80s Harold Budd, Eno or Steve Reich.
