Pianist Mischa Blanos has shaped his signature sound by reimagining the piano for the 21st century. Best known for his Piano & Electronics solo project, featured on ARTE TV and BBC Radio, he moves between philharmonics, opera houses and iconic clubs like Rex Club Paris and Watergate Berlin. At a career peak, Mischa will score PRO PACE, a large-scale video-mapping project for the Nobel Prize celebrations this December in Stockholm.
In November, Mischa will unveil his new album Take Control, marking a new chapter in his evolution as an artist unafraid to cross borders. Every track from Take Control is Mischa’s reflection of what it means to live in a reality where freedom feels fragile, choices are limited and lies are everywhere.
The visual identity of Take Control is built around Pack Up the Modern Sun, an installation by acclaimed artist Marius Bercea and curated by Jecza Gallery.
Now, Mischa brings his vision to the stage with an immersive live show merging Piano, Electronics and the powerful drumming of Gabi Matei into a dynamic blend of music and visuals created by Noetic and the light show by CUE++
“An artist with dual aspect passions for piano and electronics” - Mary Anne Hobbs BBC6 Music
“To many Mischa is a hero, one of those enviable artists that straddle the razor fine edge between classical and contemporary electronic music” - Trommel
