About this Event
Mirth means enjoyment, laughter, and that warm-fuzzy feeling you get from good, clean fun! If the holiday season has you feeling low-ho ho, join us for an evening of festive family fun that promises to raise your spirits and remind you how good it feels to be together. Led by Meagan Jourdan-Brown, a Licensed Therapist, who’s serious about silliness, but this is NOT A COMEDY SHOW or a therapy group. Everyone is welcome at this wacky, whimsical, wellness event featuring @MusicByMarkJourdan and a highly interactive exploration of healthy humor and prescribed play.
"You can exert power through humor.” —Ho-Chunk Nation Member
