Mirror Talk is an embodiment dance journey where the mirror becomes a companion, not a judge. This is a space to soften, to listen, and to meet your reflection with curiosity rather than criticism. We move not to perform, but to remember ourselves.

The experience begins with a gentle, guided warm up designed to awaken the body and ground the nervous system. From there, the dance becomes fully intuitive. There is no choreography. No expectations. You are invited to move as your body asks, guided by instinct, breath, and emotion.

The mirror becomes a portal, a place to meet yourself with honesty and compassion. How do you speak to the one looking back at you? Can you offer them kindness? Can you witness their strength, their softness, their becoming?

This is an invitation to dissolve fear, shed old stories, and move alongside the self you see every day. To dance with your reflection as an ally. To play. To explore. To be witnessed by yourself.

You do not need to know how to dance.
