About this Event
MIPIM Yes Oui Cannes 2023 (MYOC23) will be the 12th annual Pre-MIPIM Networking event hosted and organised by Derry Long (), Neil Stanley () and Rianne Scott ().
The purpose of the annual reception is to create a friendly and relaxed environment where the key players in the UK property industry can meet, reconnect and generate new business, before heading down to Cannes for MIPIM 2023.
We are indebted to our sponsors , and for their generosity to ensure MYOC23 takes place.
We will be holding the event at Forge, 24 Cornhill, London EC3V 3ND on Wednesday 8th March 2023.
This is just six days before MIPIM to whet the appetite and establish connections before heading off to Cannes.
This event is exclusively for participants who are attending MIPIM 2023 this year.
For 2023, the chosen Charity will be Macmillan Cancer Support.
In October 2021, Derry was diagnosed with Cancer. The journey from diagnosis to treatment and then dealing with late side effects has been a roller coaster of emotions and medical appointments. Every step of the way, Derry has been and is still today supported by the fantastic people at Macmillan.
Complimentary drinks and nibbles will be served followed by a cash bar.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
As usual, we are expecting a huge turnout for this event. Therefore to make it fair for everyone else, we can only accept four participants per company. Please respect this decision as no refunds will be given. Also, if your name is not on the list and you have not registered, you will not get in!

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Forge is located next to Bank Underground Station. There is no parking at the venue.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds given, as the majority of the monies raised will go to Macmillan Cancer Support. However please contact the organiser, so we can reallocate your ticket.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We will have your details on our guest list. However to speed up your entrance, please bring along your printed ticket or use the Eventbrite App on your smartphone.
Why do I need to give my contact details?
A list of all contacts who have registered to attend MYOC2023 will be passed to the sponsors. By registering to attend MYOC2023, you are agreeing that the sponsors can contact you after MYOC2023. That is really what MIPIM is all about - the follow-up!!!
