A citywide Eucharistic Procession will be held on Sunday, June 6th Feast of Corpus Christi (Solemnity of the Holy Body and Blood of Christ). Beginning with Mass at Our Lady of Grace at 2pm; we will process with the Blessed Sacrament to all 4 Catholic parishes in Minot and conclude with Benediction at St. John the Apostle Church. Prayers of Exorcism will be prayed at each church.Schedule of Events:�2 pm – Mass at Our Lady of Grace�3 pm – Procession from Our Lady of Grace to St. Leo's�4 pm – Procession from St. Leo’s to Little Flower�4:45 pm – Procession from Little Flower to St. John's �5:30 pm – Closing Benediction at St. John's�(Before leaving each parish, the parish priest will say the prayers of minor exorcism for their parish boundaries.)
Intended to help bring peace, prayer, and healing to our land through the Eucharistic Presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, this event is planned by local parishioners. Clergy will lead the procession, and everyone is invited to pray as we process.
If you are unable to walk in the procession, Eucharistic Adoration will be held in each parish during the procession. Times for Adoration at each parish: Our Lady: 3 pm-4 pm, St. Leo's: 4 pm-5 pm, Little Flower: 4:45 pm-5:45 pm, St. John's: 4 pm until procession arrives.
The procession is prayerful, strictly non-political, and family-friendly.
**NO PRIVATE VEHICLES allowed in the procession due to police and insurance restrictions**
This event is open to the public, and all are invited to attend. The route is approximately 1 ½ miles between the churches, and you may join at any point along the route. Parking is available at each church. Buses will be available to take you back to the other churches at each stop in the procession.
For those who would like to participate in the procession but are unable to walk the route, limited transportation is available. NO PRIVATE VEHICLES ALLOWED IN THE PROCESSION due to police and insurance restrictions. Please contact your parish office to sign up.
