Join the 2026 Minneapolis Polar Plunge at Lake Nokomis to support Special Olympics Minnesota + its year-round training and services for athletes with intellectual disabilities.Free shuttles will run every 15 minutes from the North Lot near IKEA, with the shuttle stop located at the North Entrance; guests are encouraged to park in the North Lot or use the East or West ramps if it fills.
Shuttles operate Friday, March 6 from 12:30–8 p.m. + Saturday, March 7 from 9 a.m.–4 p.m., with one shuttle for Frozen 5K participants departing the Mall of America at 7 a.m. March 7.
