❗How we define a ‘novice’ for this tournament:
- Novices are debaters with under 1 year of experience in British Parliamentary debating or World Schools
** If you have broken to at least quarter-finals at important competitions (SSE Riga, Baltics IV, EUDC…) you are not considered a novice debater anymore 😊
