Embracing Winter, the months of hibernation, restoration and reconnection with your true nature of peace, joy and compassion, join Taylor for this Women's Retreat afternoon, specifically designed for the feminine in all phases of life, especially PREGNANCY honouring connection of the physical body and the journey we experience as women.If you are looking for space to nourish yourself and reconnect with your true nature of love, joy and compassion this mini Winter Womens Retreat is for you, to retreat to your sanctuary of Yin - Calm - Center - Grounding - Peace - Presence.
To cultivate this state of relaxation and rejuvenation we explore and embody holistic practices to bring us back into mindfulness and presence - a space where we can honour the body, mind and soul allowing life to flow with ease.
Starting with the breath we will explore transformational breathwork/pranayama techniques building a foundation for our practice.
Inviting movement to the practice, be inspired by a gentle flowing restorative yoga sequence, create shapes and intuitively explore the art of the physical body at your own pace. Slowing down and pausing into Yin postures we deepen our connection with the bodily sensations through observation awareness. As the physical body pauses into a restful savasana be guided through a Yoga Nidra journey nourishing the mind and deepening into the layers of consciousness to surrender and absorb mindful presence.
