Advance registration is required to hold space as there will be limited spots per session. This offering is based on mutual trust, so please register only if you feel confident you can attend, or let me know promptly if your plans change so another soul may join.
Please advise in advance if you have any physical limitations that may affect your ability to get on or off a floor mat, as a limited number of upright cushioned chairs will be available each session.
Cost will be $13 per person. I will also be offering a single rotating participant spot each session as a donation / pay-as-able space for those experiencing hardship.

Venmo payments may be sent directly with an indication of the class date you plan to attend.

* Be advised that you will be laying down on a supplied yoga mat for a duration of time. Wear loose clothing and bring anything that will assist with comfort.
