Join Silas for a special 3-part workshop series designed to demystify pranayama and help you establish a sustainable practice that nourishes body and mind.In this series, we will explore core pranayama techniques such as ujjayi breath (victorious breath), Nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), and viloma (interrupted breathing). You will learn how to integrate a simple yet effective 5 to15-minute pranayama practice into your day.
Come as a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, these workshops will meet you where you are. Each session builds on the last, providing both a solid foundation and room for deepening your practice.
Workshop 1: Introduction to foundational pranayama techniques
Workshop 2: Group feedback, addressing struggles, refining techniques, and adding new practices
