Introducing a four part community mini series book club, presented by the Des Moines Children's Museum. Join us in reading the bestseller, "The Anxious Generation." Discuss how childhood looks different now, what kids are missing, hear from guest speakers, and learn what actions we can take to protect childhood.Session 1 will be introductions, educational hour on how childhood looks now vs. when we were kids, and giving out reading material on the topic (articles, books, and videos).
Free to attend. Children are welcome to play while adults discuss.
