In the depths of winter, our connection to the earth often wanes. But soon, she will awaken. And so will we.On Sunday, March 30th, I invite you to gather for a Mini Healing Arts Retreat—a space to receive the deeply nourishing energies of live healing sound, creative replenishment, and total immersion in the natural world, just as she begins to bloom again.I am overjoyed to be joined by Chevon Wright, an intuitive energy healer and yoga instructor whose restorative yoga and guided meditation offerings are nothing short of transformative.
