Mini Retreat Day September 28th.Please join us for a day of Sound, Nature and Delicious Food to nurture body and mind.
The day consists of the following:
10-11 Sound Bath
11.30 - 12.30 Woodland Walk including up to see the view over Amberly Brooks and visit the 5000 year old Neolithic Burial Mounds.
12.30 - 2.30ish Delicious Organic Feast and Homemade Cakes.
The day will begin with a relaxing and uplifting Sound Bath. Afterwards for those who wish to we will go on a half hour walk through the ancient woodland outside the Rackham Hall venue. We are so lucky to hold the Sound Bath in a really beautiful and ancient area creating the perfect energy for a Sound Bath session. The walk does include a short but steep walk up a hill to the burial mounds and to see the view - (sometimes we even see the rare white tipped eagles there). If you would prefer to drive around to the view point this is possible with a car park there. Alternatively you can stay In the hall with a cup of something and relax.
The feast this year will be Fasolia Yabsa - a spiced bean dish from Iraq served with rice, homemade flat breads and a variety of dips and salads. We love Middle Eastern food for its flavours and variety of dishes - perfect for sharing together. Afterwards we will have a selection of homemade cakes.
Food is vegetarian including options for vegans and gluten free people.
Tea/coffee and cold drinks will be available throughout lunch.
All food where possible will be organic.
This is a very popular event we only hold once a year so if you do fancy it please do book on to secure your space.
