Join us for the day to relax and refresh as summer begins to wane into autumn.
Our inaugural Mini Quilt Retreat will be held September 6th from 9:00am – 5pm. You'll have the whole day to create and connect with fellow quilters! We’ll be offering light refreshments to start off the day & we’ll be taking a “bobbin wind-er” (stroll to Kilwin’s for a sweet treat). It’s going to be a fun day! Bring your lunch or a dish to share for a midday break.
About Our Mini Quilt Retreat:
This mini quilt retreat is a 1-day event where quilters can devote extensive time to their quilting. We'll provide each quilter with a designated sewing area and provide shared cutting & pressing spaces. Quilters bring their own tools, materials, patterns and projects. Sometimes a fun theme, block, or pattern might be suggested, but never required :)

Current Theme: Mason Jars
Several quilters in our group have expressed interest in making a mason jar quilt. They're adorable! You can “fill” your jars with fruit, vegetables, bugs, or candy. The options are endless! Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your UFO/WIPs- the choice is yours!
To make the Mason Jar Quilt Blocks - you’ll need fabric for the contents of the jar, fabric for the lid and background fabric. There are many free mason jar quilt patterns online.
