Expecting a little one soon? This restorative 2-hour Pregnancy Retreat is designed to give you the chance to pause, reconnect and prepare mentally and physically for motherhood. You’ll be guided through practices that ease the body, settle the mind and create moments of deep connection to yourself and your baby.
About Laura
Laura is a Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner who supports women through the emotional and physical transitions of pregnancy and motherhood. Her approach gently weaves together movement, mindset and holistic wellbeing, creating nurturing spaces where women feel supported, empowered and more connected with themselves.
What’s included:
Welcome Circle — a warm check-in with a chance to connect with other mamas-to-be.
Well-being and mindset session — A supportive space to reflect and explore the emotional changes of pregnancy, easing worries and leaving you more mentally prepared for motherhood.
Pregnancy Yoga — nourishing stretches and gentle, breath-led yoga to support your changing body.
Guided visualisation and relaxation — a guided meditation and relaxation session to leave you feeling restored and recharged.
Closing celebration circle — celebrating you and your pregnancy with affirmations, reflections and a little self-care gift to take home.
