Join us for a 2-hour themed OH Cards exploration session designed to help you slow down, reflect, and connect with your inner world in a gentle, guided way.
Using OH Cards — a powerful set of metaphorical image and word cards — you will explore meaningful themes such as stress, self-identity, relationships, and personal values. Through guided reflection and safe group sharing, the cards act as mirrors to your thoughts, emotions, and stories.
Each session is standalone and suitable for anyone — no prior experience is needed. Whether you’re curious, going through life changes, or simply looking for a creative way to reflect, these sessions offer a nurturing space for personal insight and growth.
Expect a small, intimate group (max 3 participants), light facilitation, and plenty of time for personal exploration and meaning-making. You may attend just one session or return weekly to deepen your journey through different themes.
