Experience one of the most meaningful traditions of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead): building an ofrenda (altar). At this workshop in Burnaby, participants will create miniature altars using symbolic elements such as candles, marigolds, papel picado, and photos of loved ones.
Guided by tradition, participants will learn how ofrendas honor the memory of ancestors and keep stories and connections alive across generations.
