There is plenty of family fun at The Mill over half term and we will also have a special two days of spooky activities for children happening in October for Halloween.
No booking is required to visit The Mill and entry is free of charge, please consider supporting the Mill with a donation and shop purchase before you go! Thank you.
What’s happening:
The Mill will be open with flour milling demonstrations to watch throughout the day and our huge water wheel will be turning for all to see.
Look out for the friendly Town Mill ghost, travelling through the Mill on our ancient sack hoist!
Spot the Halloween Monsters as you look around the Mill, free activity sheets will be available for children to fill in during their visit.
11am - 130pm Our tasting table will be available for you to sample some ghostly Halloween bakes, made with our wholemeal flour. Halloween baking kits will be available to purchase in our shop.
10am, 1130am & 130pm ‘Mini Monster Miller’ Experience - you can enhance your visit and prebook a session for children to mill their own flour to take home and make Halloween biscuits!
We would love to see your spooky Halloween costumes, so do come along ready to scare us!
