Join us for a 2.5-hour playful Zen Yoga experience for parents and children (ages 3+) at the cosy, creative Grandad’s Attic.Move, breathe, and laugh together through gentle yoga sequences, partner poses, and mindful moments designed to nurture connection, calm, and fun.
A mid-session refreshment break allows time to relax, snack, and chat with fellow families.
