Calling all newly postpartum mamas!! It’s time to take control of your body! Do you want to find a mom fitness community where you can surround yourself with supportive and encouraging moms? No worries, there’s a place for that!Let go of all of your fears and anxieties because I, owner and head trainer of momtastic.fitness will make you sure you and your baby are in a safe environment and also to make sure you’re having fun! This is also a great chance to bond with your baby while your “working out” and baby doing tummy time, or lying on their back if they’re still an infant.
What to expect:
🫶🏽 workouts will solely focus on regaining core and pelvic floor strength (will address any pelvic floor and abdominal issues if occurs)
🫶🏽 some workouts will also be integrated with full body strengthening exercises to be able to keep up with motherhood demand tasks with minimizing minimal injury and pain
🫶🏽 learn how to 360 breathe into your core canister (can help heal diastasis recti)
🫶🏽 focus on basic fundamental principles practices to make sure of your body awareness especially since motherhood requires a lot of sitting on the floor, squatting, hinging, etc
🫶🏽 focusing on posture/ neutral alignment because believe it or not, this plays a huge role into your motherhood tasks
