Stationary Lunges – 100

HR Push-Ups – 30
Wall Balls – 100 reps (6/4kg | 14lb/10lb)
Heat Structure: Groups of 3 athletes
Estimated Time to Complete: 25–45 minutes
Coaching: HYROX coaches on-site for pacing, form correction, and race strategy
Cost: $39 (payment on next screen)
Spots are limited to 54 athletes and will fill fast, just like HYROX race registrations.
