Welcome to Mini Horse Yoga, Rescue Remedy Edition, hosted by Impact Horse!
Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating outdoor yoga experience hosted by Impact Horse on the Eastern Promenade.
Join us for a unique opportunity to connect with nature and find inner peace alongside our beloved miniature therapy horse, Toast.
This 60-minute, beginner friendly yoga experience that will be co-led by Yoga Instructor Ashley Flowers, and Impact Horse Executive Director Hayley Holzhacker.
Class will include 40 minutes of gentle all-levels yoga, plus guided meditation and reflection, with some unstructured time to connect with miniature Therapy Horse Toast.
Breathe, relax, and unwind while supporting Impact Horse's mission to make a positive impact through equine therapy.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have time to park and find class so we can start promptly!

The meeting spot will be on the Eastern Prom between the Tennis Courts and Baseball field on the flat grassy area. Look for the mini horse jump up and our pink mounting block!
