Suzanne is delighted to take you on an afternoon of movement and relaxation in this mini retreat day .
We will start the day with an energetic wake up Ashtanga based / Flow style yoga class , pause for a delicious vegan snack and coffee or tea from one of our lovely local cafes .
Herbal teas will also be available throughout the day .
We then finish the day with a gentle stretch / restorative and yoga Nidra relaxation class .
Limited space available . Payment is due in full to hold a place , balance is non refundable and minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel to use the balance as studio credit
