Movement combined with nature awakens wellness. We will move our bodies through a variety of practices such as yoga inspired stretching/meditation walking, our lungs through breathing exercises, our minds through readings/mindfulness practices and our hearts through connection to each other and mother earth. Come and be inspired. *This class takes place outside and is weather dependent* Adult participation required if under 18.
