💠Alchemy Dances are safe spaces to dance freely, as you are, in all of your perfect imperfectness.
💠This is a dance without form, steps or choreography where you are free to surrender to the natural flow of your body. Without judgement.
💠Feel the sweet liberation of movement as you are embraced within this safe, nurturing container. This is a dance with your soul where you’re safe to be messy, to allow your body to tell a story, to feel, to remember, to let go and allow the medicine of music to release you from your mind and into your essence!
Be strange, be wild, be joyful, be still, be awkward, just BE 🕊️
✨The small group setting helps us feel more connected to those sharing the space, allowing us to feel more comfortable and at ease, to dance freely, and just be.
✨Alchemy Free Flow begins with a gentle guided warm up and trusts your intuition to take you from there to wherever you need to go on your journey.
✨We’ll close with a sound bath and short sharing circle.
WHAT TO BRING
~Water bottle
~Dress comfortably in layers
~Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye covering recommended for the sound bath
