Black Excellence Affairs has teamed up with Lexland Reality, Florida's #1 Real Estate Brokerage, to bring you an evening of mixing and mingling with successful business owners and Real Estate Investors. Learn from business owners who are innovative, inspiring and moving the needle in their industry, successfully growing and managing million dollar business portfolios. You will walk away feeling empowered with gained knowledge and awareness of business and real estate resources in the Tampa Bay community that will help your business thrive.
This is a upscale and sophisticated networking event for professionals and entrepreneurs.
Attire: Cocktail Attire
From 6:00-7:00pm is the Networking Cocktail Hour. During this time guest will network with one another over cocktails. There will be vendors present with products and services for guest to explore and purchase from local business owners.
In the VIP Room during the Networking Cocktail Hour, from 6:00pm-7:00pm only, those that purchase these tickets will have the opportunity to exclusively network with business experts and owners. Mayor Jane Castro will be present for guest to learn about Tampa's current and future plans involving resources for the small business community. Network with author and real estate investor, Alexis Monroe and her team at Lexland Realty. A successful Executive Business Coach will be available to discuss accessing capital for your business and possible business coaching opportunities. Those in the VIP Room will also receive a free cocktail and light refreshments during that hour only.
There will be food vendors available for guest to purchase food, if desired. A certified and insured bartender will be mixing all the cocktails for those interested in purchasing cocktail tickets.
The nominees for "10 People To Know In Tampa" will be introduces at 7:15pm. This will be followed with a Questions & Answers panel discussion. During this time guest will have the opportunity to ask the do's and don't of business to learn directly from the experts. You will be inspired by the guest speak as they wrap of the Q&A session.
We will close the night out continuing to network, as we jam to D.J. Bishop playing on the 1's and 2's.
