About this Event
In this Minecraft camp, we will learn how to use Redstone to make cool circuits that can trigger traps, move doors and play music - even cook chickens and vend snacks. We will also design our own skins and create mods and custom items and mobs. We will even get to design our own worlds and characters from scenes from our favorite movies. We will also explore the chemistry crafting features to create colorful fireworks and helium balloons that can float (and carry pigs in the sky).If you enjoy Minecraft and hacking and modifying with technology, you are going to love this camp geared toward children ages 8 - 14.
All summer camps will take place at the Shepherd of the Mountains Lutheran Church at the base of the Canyons Resort in Park City. (We are not affiliated with the church and our camps are nonreligious). You have the option of signing up for both morning and afternoon half-day camps and leaving your child with a lunch for the full day if you choose.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelations are allowed and your registration is refundable up to 30 DAYS prior to the camp (minus the $24.32 Eventbrite service fee). In the event the camp does not receive minimum enrollment, the camp will not run and you will be issued a full refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method in the amount of $391.84 .
