This restorative experience blends fully supported yoga postures with the subtle, healing vibrations of a Reiki-infused sound bath. The practice invites the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the nervous system to settle into deep rest.

No prior yoga or sound healing experience is required. This class is suitable for all levels.
What to Expect

This is not a physically demanding class. The focus is on stillness, comfort, and nervous system calming.
