Mindset & Meal Prep

Join us for Mindset & Meal Prep where you will learn how to:
*Save money
*Eat healthier
*Improve your mindset
*Be consistent
You will participate in a group coaching session focused on the mindset it takes to be healthy consistently. You will learn coaching techniques that can help you discover your "why" around becoming healthy, and what is holding you back from consistency.
You will then learn all about the importance of gut health, as well as tips & tricks on saving money, and prepping healthy food in advance, AND we will actually prep a whole dinner for you to take home! You will also receive a reusable bag, and a stand for ease in creating your healthy, prepped meal, along with the recipe so you can make this again, and a couple bonus recipes we love! We will also share our favorite resources for healthy recipes & meal prep!
Due to food allergies, we will not be providing the food that you will be preparing. You will be emailed an ingredient list that tells you what you will need to bring. It will be a very cost effective meal!
