Hi Minds Matter students, alumni, mentors and volunteers!After a year-and-a-half of seeing each other on our screens, it's time to get together in the real world! You are invited to a Barbecue to celebrate all of your hard work.
When: Sunday August 1st @ 5:00 PM
Where: Peninsula Park - 700 N Rosa Parks Way, Portland, OR 97217 (we will be located in the covered picnic area on the west side of the park, where Holman runs into the park)
We will have food provided by the Minds Matter Team, and anyone is welcome to bring a favorite food item or recipe if you would like. There is no obligation to bring anything other than your presence!
Masks are not required for this outdoor gathering, but are recommended for those of us who have not been vaccinated for COVID-19 yet.
Please RSVP to the event, and let us know if you have a favorite food item or recipe you'd want to contribute. (And again, please don't feel obligated to bring anything!)
Volunteers: If you know someone who is interested in volunteering with Minds Matter, please bring them along!
