Learn how to access inner calm and stillness. This is not about stilling thoughts or moods but instead creating a new relationship with them so they don’t create havoc or create added stress in your life. In this workshop, we will learn mindfulness and meditation techniques that can bring about well being and balance.
Beth Johnson is a practicing psychotherapist based in St. Paul, MN. Beth incorporates meditation, mindfulness and reflective writing in her work, helping each client find their individual path to inner peace and self-compassion using these tools. Beth is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and received a certificate at the Institute for Mindfulness and Psychotherapy at the Harvard Medical School, where she was a Fellow.
