Join Nick Jones as he guides you through meditation, breathing and gentle movement. Feel your stress levels reduce, focus improve and a sense of wellbeing. Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this is suitable for all levels.There are 10 spaces available per week. It's a £2 suggested donation. The first session is 31st May and it runs every Friday at 11am for an hours session, finishing on 21st June.
