Learn about mindfulness and crafting in one session. We will begin with a mindfulness meditation and consider its benefits. Then we will work with crochet. Either beginner or intermediate. As we are nearing Christmas you can choose to make some items that are seasonal. (this will be from a selection available on the day). You may bring your own materials or can purchase them at the class. Please check before the class as to what materials are needed and cost.
