Join Akshay for monthly mindfulness sessions. Gain new techniques to centre your mind, nourish your soul and awaken your inner strength.
The topic of this session: Relationship with the voice in my head!
That will be followed by 30 min of breathing & visualisation meditation which is first of its kind. He will draw from his experience of 700+hrs of meditation (Breathing, Vipassana) & 3000+ hrs of research on purpose/happiness from podcasts, books, retreats, happiness courses etc.
Cost: In the spirit of making the benefits of mindfulness available to everyone, Akshay has very kindly made this mindfulness session donation based. He will be collecting donations at the end of the session. However, as there are limited spots available, we need a way to ensure your attendance and prevent no-shows, so we will be charging a nominal reservation fee of €3.50, which is non-refundable.
Additional Info: We have some cushions available but do bring your own cushion or mat along and anything else that you feel can make your session more comfortable for yourself.
Who: Akshay comes from Punjab in North India & has been in Amsterdam for over 5 years now. He comes from an Entrepreneurial background in India where he helped scale a unicorn startup & has launched several business initiatives in the Netherlands as well, including for Booking.com.
Driven by a very strict childhood, Akshay values the freedom to follow your heart above anything else. He has spent more than 7 years working/researching on inner purpose & what drives people from within.
