Mindfulness Walk

This Mindfulness walks series will explore green spaces to take advantage of the healing powers of mindulness, movement, nature, & community.

Join our community! Our mission is to make yoga accessible for all Bronx community members.

For accessibility purposes, ticket fee are on a sliding scale.

This walk is a @yoga4thebx & @MindfulnessWithTimothy collaboration.

Info: Before going into the trail, we'll introduce ourselves and practice a short seated movement and breathwork exercise

Info: Let's take stroll as we focus on the present moment. We'll find a place to settle for a stillness practice. Tree hugging encouraged :)

Info: We'll sit in community and share anything that came up during our walk.
