Join St. Cloud Pride and KPower Yoga for a Mindfulness Triathlon! Kick off our Pride in the Park celebration with some self-care and community building! 🌟 This is a FREE event, but donations are welcome and go directly to support St. Cloud Pride.
🌟 Start the triathlon with a casual 30 minute walk or jog at your own pace around Lake George. Followed by a gentle 1 hour yoga flow session, and finish the triahtlon with a 30 minute meditation session including sound bowls- which are magical.
🌟 Bring a friend, comfortable shoes, water bottle, and yoga mat if you have one. (We will have mats to borrow!)
(Rec. age 8+, but all are welcome) **No yoga experience required.
