Join us for a unique three-part workshop series that combines mindfulness practices with creative textile projects.
Each week Janet will focus on enhancing a different aspect of well-being—sleep, focus, and creativity—while engaging in hands-on textile crafts. This series is perfect for those looking to slow down, tap into their creativity, and develop mindful habits.
Week 1: Mindfulness to Improve Sleep & Lavender Eye Mask Creation Learn how mindfulness techniques can improve the quality of your sleep. Explore the importance of routines, journaling, and setting up a calm sleep environment. In this session, you'll craft your own lavender eye mask to take home, designed to support your relaxation and restful nights.
Week 2: Mindfulness to Improve Focus & Mandala Coaster Design Enhance your focus through mindfulness as you create a beautiful, hand-stitched mandala coaster. This session will teach you how to use meditative stitching to develop patience and attention to detail. You'll also explore techniques for breaking daily habits and improving concentration.
Week 3: Mindfulness to Improve Creativity & Body Scan T-Shirt Art Unlock your creativity as you explore a mindful body scan and express your feelings through color and texture on a T-shirt. This session encourages curiosity and freedom of expression, helping you connect with your internal emotions and creativity through art.
