Join us at Eastgate for Mindfulness Storytime on the first and third Friday of every month at 10 am!Mindfulness Storytime is a program for pre-school aged children, partnering with the Family Justice Center, that includes storytimes, yoga, songs, breathing exercises, and activities relating to interpersonal connections and handling big feelings.
Each month will explore new themes, including but not limited to:
Sharing, Listening, Helping, Respect, Kindness, Enjoying friendship, Supporting each others goals, Making decisions together, Trusting, Individuality, and Communication.
