Join us on Friday Nov. 21 from 1-3PM in the Mezzanine Room for a gentle and engaging workshop designed to nurture self-kindness, reduce stress, and support healthy aging. Jessy Boudreau will help participants explore simple mindfulness practices and learn how to bring kind awareness to thoughts and emotions. Research shows that mindfulness and self-compassion can help improve memory, ease loneliness, lower blood pressure, and increase resilience. No experience needed—just bring an open heart.
